WH Falls Short of Slaying the Dragons

It came down to the two final pairings to decide this close match between WH and Duxbury at Ridder Farm Golf Course today. Unfortunately for the Panthers, only 2 strokes decided the outcome, as they lost their 4th match of the season 231-229.

Juniors Mike Capellupo and Josh Green were the duel medalists for the Panthers both turning in 37s respectively. Sean Goldman, along side Junior Sam Webster and Freshman Alex Burbank, all shot a 39, which helped keep the match as close as it was.

Despite their heartbreaking loss, the team is setting their sites ahead to Tuesday's match at Farm Neck Golf Club in Martha's Vineyard where they hope to earn their 10th win on the season.
