The golf team struggled today at Farm Neck Golf Course today, losing to Martha's Vineyard 255-266. The loss drops the Panthers to 11-6 on the season with one makeup match left to play against Silver Lake this Wednesday.
The low rounds for the team came from seniors Sam Perkins and Cam Manning, who each turned in an 8-over par 43. Though the team probably didn't play to their full potential, they enjoyed the experience of playing a prestigious golf course that the President plays on his summer vacations.
With one match left on the season, and the state tournament coming up next week, the team still has a lot of motivation and much to play for.
