The Whitman Hanson Golf team hosted Plymouth North off the back 9 at Ridder Farm Golf Course, where they lost a close one 267-274 to fall to 1-3 overall.
The low man on the day was Senior captain Brian Fox, who carded a 5 over 41. Though the team fell short, there were plenty of positives to take away from the match loving into the weekend.
The team travels to Atlantic Golf Course to face Plymouth South on Tuesday.
