Panther Golf Defeated by Hingham

The Panther golf squad played well today at Ridder Farm Golf Course, but it wasn't enough to hang with the extremely talented and deep Hingham Harbormen, who won today's match 211-252, leaving the Panthers at 2-10 on the season.

Senior Captain Pat McBroom again led WH with a 1 over par performance, followed by senior Jack Carron, who played his best round of the year, carding a 6 over par, 40. Freshman Cooper Britton continued his steady play with an 8 over par and senior Captain Drew Sullivan and sophomore Blake Belcher also played well. Sophomore Sam Carron made his WH debut as well, contributing to the team's second lowest score of the year.

The Panthers travel to the Country Club of Halifax to take on Silver Lake tomorrow.
