The Whitman Hanson Varsity Golf team is on a roll. They picked up their third win on the season after defeating Duxbury for the second year in a row 238-245 at Ridder Farm Golf Course.
The team was led by senior captain Owen Manning, who continues to play at a high and consistent level, with his 2 over par 36 performance. Junior Matt Korzec also contributed to the big win with a 3 over par day. Senior Pat Dever shot a 6 over and Junior Ian Brown turned in a 7 over par card.
Today was an absolute team victory to keep the Panthers undefeated on the season at 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the league. They will enjoy the weekend, but get right back into the swing of things as they play host to Hanover on Tuesday.
