After nearly a week off from match play, the WH Panther Golf Squad got back at it today, traveling to the Country Club of Halifax to take on the Silver Lake Lakers. The Panther dropped to 0-6 on the season after losing the contest 268-300.
Sophomore Cooper Britton led the team with a 10 over day, while senior Harry Carew was just one stroke behind that. Although not the team's best overall performance, each player is asked to find a positive from the day to move forward with. With that in mind, captains Harry Chase and Blake Belcher urged the team to stay focused on making positive strides each day, particularly their tri-match schedule for tomorrow against North Quincy and Plymouth Match.
