With the challenging weather over the past week or so, Whitman Hanson was forced to adjust their schedule to accommodate the make-up. As a result, today the Panthers took on both the North Quincy Red Raiders and the Plymouth North Blue Eagles at Squirrel Run Country Club in Plymouth. Unfortunately they lost both matchups, falling to NQ 220-238, and to PN 214-238. Both losses dropped the Panthers to 0-8 on the season.
Despite the losses, almost all players were able to walk away with a positive take-away in their individual games to hopefully improve upon tomorrow at practice. The squad was led by senior captain Harry Chase and sophomore Cooper Britton, who both shot a 7 over par.
WH will travel to Quincy on Thursday at Furnace Brook, where they hope to earn their first win of the season.
